Giorgio L. Ramirez, Esq., received his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Florida State University in August of 1996, where he graduated with honors.  While at F.S.U., Mr. Ramirez was a member of the Dean’s List and the Golden Key National Honor Society.  Following graduation, Mr. Ramirez spent a year working as a political aide to a Miami-Dade County Commissioner.  Thereafter, Mr. Ramirez enrolled at Stetson University College of Law where he was a member of the Hispanic Bar Association and served as Vice-President of the International Law Society.  During his studies at Stetson, Mr. Ramirez was employed at several law firms in the Tampa Bay area and completed a clerkship with a Hillsborough County Circuit Court Judge as well as the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Tampa, Civil Division.  Mr. Ramirez received his Juris Doctor in 1999 and was admitted to the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.  Mr. Ramirez practices in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, corporate law, consumer debt collection, probate, landlord-tenant, mortgage foreclosures, and general civil litigation.

 Annette Berrio, Esq. received her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Florida International University in April 19, 1996, where she graduated with Honors.  She was a member of the Dean’s List as well as the Golden Key National Honor Society.  Mrs. Berrio then attended the University Of Miami School Of Law.  While at the University of Miami, Mrs. Berrio was chairman of the Hispanic Law Student Association.  She received her Juris Doctor Degree in 1999 and was admitted to the Florida Bar.  Mrs. Berrio practices in the areas of residential and commercial real estate.  Her legal background also includes practice in Foreclosure mediation and bond transactions.
RYAN P. BRENNAN

Ryan P. Brennan, J.D., received his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a focus on African American Studies, from the University of South Florida in 2010. Mr. Brennan then attended Rutgers School of Law. During Law School, Mr. Brennan completed an internship at the Department of Children and Families in his hometown of Tallahassee, Florida. He received his Juris Doctor Degree in 2013 and is pending admission to the Florida Bar.

Our office has worked with numerous private lenders and prepared countless mortgage and loan packages.

BUYER REPRESENTATION (REAL ESTATE)

 

Unless you hire an attorney to represent you at closing, no one else participating in  the closing exclusively represents your interests. It’s important to understand that other attorneys present at the closing – for example, the lender’s or seller’s attorney – do not represent you. These people may not be able to answer your questions and are required to act in the lender’s or seller’s interests, not yours. Dadeland Legal Group reviews all closing documents on behalf of the Buyer(s) and insures their best interest are being adequately represented.

HOMEOWNERS AND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION DOCUMENTS

 

Our firm can prepare the Association governing documents including: Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Rules and Regulations, etc., and we can review existing governing documents and make recommended changes to comply with the law.

CONVEYANCE DOCUMENTS (Real Estate)

For the reassurance that they will be adequately represented in the closing process, sellers can designate their own attorneys to prepare the Conveyance Documents. Our office oversees all aspects of the closing on the seller’s behalf and insures the preparation of said documents.
